Our Telethon Holiday Makers Program caters to kids and young adults on the spectrum between the ages of 5 -18 years of age, tailoring support to Low, Moderate and High Support Needs.
Our holiday program benefits families by providing:
-Peace of mind knowing there are suitable and fitting holiday activitiies for children
-A safe and nurturing place for participants amongst like minded individuals
-Social interaction opportunities
-Quality time to spend with the remainder of the family
-Age Specific Groups
-Outings for high needs 10 – 18 Years
The program runs from Monday to Friday, except on public holidays, and morning and afternoon tea are provided, however we ask that parents provide a packed lunch for the morning or full day session. The program is run by a range of professionals, such as teachers and support workers with autism experience.
We have a variety of exciting activities and excursions lined up for April 2018, such as technology, music, dance, art, a visit to WA Maritime Museum and more.

“We were so appreciative of your holiday program as it was a wonderful opportunity for [our daughter] to socialise and experience fun and stimulating activities in a safe and supportive environment.
It also gave us a rare opportunity for respite as school holidays are a stressful time for [our daughter] and the family.”
“I am very grateful that [my son] gets this chance to interact with other children over the holidays especially since he doesn’t get invited by his school peers. I am also grateful that his younger brother and I also get a chance to spend quality time together during that time. Thank you for all that you and the team at AW do.”
