One of Autism West’s most important roles is to provide resources, information and support to parents, carers and health professionals.
We are more than happy to provide advice and information over the phone or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Whether you’re a parent, teacher, carer, volunteer, health professional or LAC/My Way Coordinator, we will help you out in any way we can or point you in the right direction.

Autism West Social Groups
Our social groups provide opportunities for young people on the spectrum to connect and learn.
Planned to reflect the diversity, individuality and rights of our members, we use a strengths-based approach with the aim to engage and motivate participants and develop life-skills.
Our social groups are planned and developed with active involvement from our group members, with Autism West staff facilitating activities chosen by group members.
These social groups are great places to develop friendships while having fun exploring things they are interested in:
Telethon Holiday Makers Program – 5-17 years
AWESOME Group (lego robotics & coding option) – 10-15 years
Creative Skills – 15-25 years (one-to-one support)
Step Into Social (SIS) – 18-30 years
Autism West Speaks Out (public speaking)
Adults Coding – details on enquiry
Where possible, we also support the development of special projects such as documentaries.
Autism West currently offers a variety of social groups for young people with autism at various locations North and South of the river in the Metropolitan Perth area. For more details, check out our program for Term 1, 2017 or contact us to discuss.
